In 2006-2010 Igor Olenicoff filed a lawsuit against numerous former business associates, companies & individuals in Switzerland & Liechtenstein. After the initial lawsuit was filed he added James Alexander Michie based on unfounded allegations by Argang Schariat. Schariat was later convicted of criminal slander of Michie.
Mr. Michie had never met Olenicoff and was surprised to discover the lawsuit. Eventually the case was dismissed and Olenicoff was ordered to pay costs.
Michie’s legal team was able to prove that Schariat’s statement was false and that Olenicoff had no legitimate claim in that Schariat had a history of making false statements combined with the fact that Olenicoff had never met or known of Michie.

One of those persons, James Alexander Michie, he had never met nor known of until his attorneys were contacted by another felon, Argang Schariat, who was convicted of criminal slander against Michie. Michie was released from the action as the walls caved in on Mr. Olenicoff’s ridiculous case motivated solely on his shame for his criminal actions. His case against Michie was reliant on a false sworn statement by the criminal, Argang Schariat, who Michie convicted for criminal slander of him and some associates in 2010.”
